Welcome to the Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s Office supports teaching and learning at Acadia by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and student records. We help with many academic and non-academic questions – registration, degree audits, prerequisites, verification of enrolment, transfer credits, important dates, examinations, academic regulations, and more.
The Registrar’s Office is accepting phone, email and online (HUB requests) for support and information. Staff will be onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays only, and requests for emergency service and official documents are by appointment only. The primary and preferred means for responses and issuing of documents will be electronically. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a HUB request.
On-Campus Spring Session Courses Cancelled
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Acadia University will not offer on-campus courses during the Spring Session. Online courses through Open Acadia will be available. For information about course offerings, admission, and registration, please visit Open Acadia Online Learning. At this time we are still accepting registrations for summer session on-campus courses. For more information visit here.
Given the extraordinary circumstances presented by COVID-19, the voluntary course withdrawal deadline for students is being extended until April 3rd. Please be aware that changes in course registration status may have consequences for student loans, scholarships, etc., and that these need to be taken into account when considering a withdrawal request. Requests should be emailed to the Registrar's Office: email@example.com.
