Welcome to the Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s Office supports teaching and learning at Acadia by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and student records. We help with many academic and non-academic questions – registration, degree audits, prerequisites, verification of enrolment, transfer credits, important dates, examinations, academic regulations, and more.
The Registrar’s Office is accepting phone, email and online (HUB requests) for support and information. Staff will be onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays only, and requests for emergency service and official documents are by appointment only. The primary and preferred means for responses and issuing of documents will be electronically. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a HUB request.
Convocation and Graduation - Class of 2020
Spring 2020 Graduation List
Congratulations to our Spring 2020 graduating students. Click here for a list of graduates.
While Convocation ceremonies scheduled for May 10th and 11th were postponed due to the current state of emergency and Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, Acadia University would like to assure Class of 2020 that a convocation ceremony celebrating their accomplishments will be held at some time in the future - in the fall of 2020 (if permitted by Public Health Authorities) or in May of 2021. Graduates are asked to monitor their Acadia email for updates.
Parchments will be mailed to successful graduates after May 15.
Spring and Summer Session Updated Information
Acadia made the difficult decision to cancel its on campus Spring and Summer session courses given the evolving COVID-19 situation. Students interested in continuing their studies with Acadia this spring can now register for "Remote Delivery" courses. Instead of studying on-campus, students can complete a course online. Remote delivery courses will include a blend of different methods of presentation and assessment. More information can be found here.
Online courses through Open Acadia are also available. For information about these continuous intake, start anytime online course offerings, please visit Open Acadia Online Learning.
Duplicates have been marked
Duplicates have been marked for the winter term. The previous course WILL appear on your transcript, but is no longer included in your GPA or completed credit-hour count.
