Whether you're progressing through your degree, adding new career skills, or learning for an intellectual challenge, Acadia University's selection of over 100 online courses can provide you with a flexible and fulfilling university experience.

With over 100 online courses to choose from, Acadia's selection of online courses from our faculties of Arts, Sciences, and Professional Studies offer students flexibility. These continuous-intake courses may be started at any time (though some do have prerequisite requirements).

 

How to Register

Current Acadia University students

Login to Acadia Central and choose the term "Distance/Online" to register.

New or Former Acadia University students

Complete our Undergraduate Application. Please remember to

  • select "Independent" for the program
  • indicate in the notes section that you are interested in online courses.
  • indicate in the notes section that you are applying on a Letter of Permission
Dates and Deadlines (Registration and Withdrawal)

Registration

Acadia students returning to full-time study in September should register no later than May 31.

Withdrawals

We hope that you are satisfied with your online course. If you must withdraw from your course, it is necessary to be aware of the deadlines, refund amounts, and grades received.

Only written notice of withdrawal is accepted. Please complete the Withdrawal Request Form.
